Returns Policy

    We want you to love your purchase — but if something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

    You can return most items within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.

    To make a return, just make sure:

    • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
    • You include your order number or proof of purchase.

    How to start a return:

    1. Get in touch with us at help@veesus.com with your order details and reason for return.
    2. We'll send you the return instructions and address.
    3. Once your item arrives back with us and has been checked, we'll issue your refund within 5–10 working days.

    Please note:

    • Return postage costs are covered by the customer unless your item is faulty or incorrect.
    • Some items (e.g. software licenses, personalised items) may not be eligible for return.

    If your item arrived damaged or faulty, please contact us straight away with photos, and we'll sort it out as quickly as possible.
