You can return most items within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.
To make a return, just make sure:

How to start a return:

We’ll send you the return instructions and address.

Once your item arrives back with us and has been checked, we’ll issue your refund within 5–10 working days.

Return postage costs are covered by the customer unless your item is faulty or incorrect.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please let us know within 7 days so we can make it right.

Refunds are made to your original payment method.
