    At Veesus Ltd, we provide professional 3D visualisation software globally and high-precision reality capture hardware within the United Kingdom.

    1. Digital Software Delivery (Global)

    All Veesus software products (including Arena, Point Cloud Visualiser, and Zappcha) are delivered via digital download.

    • Shipping Cost: £0.00 (Free).
    • Delivery Method: Upon successful payment, you will receive an automated email containing your license key(s) and a link to download your software.
    • Delivery Time: Digital delivery is typically instantaneous. If your order requires manual verification, please allow up to 24 hours for your license to be activated.

    2. Physical Hardware Delivery (United Kingdom Only)

    We ship physical hardware, such as XGRIDS scanners and accessories, to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not currently offer international shipping for physical goods.

    • Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (GMT), Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
    • Handling Time: 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday). This is the time required to prepare and pack your hardware for secure transit.
    • Transit Time: 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday).
    • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 2–6 business days from the date of order.
    • Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of the item. All hardware is sent via a tracked courier service.

    3. Order Tracking

    Once your hardware order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the courier's website so you can monitor your delivery.

    4. Missing or Damaged Goods

    If your digital license has not arrived within 24 hours, or if your hardware arrives damaged, please contact our support team immediately:
