Processing Your Data
LCC File Format & Software Access.
XGRIDS data requires specific software to process and export. Make sure you understand the workflow before you rent.
Free Processing Software
Both Lixel Studio and LCC Studio Free are available at no cost for processing your captured XGRIDS data.
Export Formats
LCC Studio Free exports Gaussian Splat data in LCC format only. To convert to PLY or other industry-standard formats you will need LCC Studio Basic/Professional or Arena4D.
System Requirements
Running LCC Studio and generating Gaussian Splats demands a high-performance computer. Please check the minimum specifications on the XGRIDS website before you rent. If your machine does not meet the requirements, XGRIDS also offers a cloud processing service.

Terms & Conditions
Rental Period
Standard hire is weekly (7 days) and starts on the day the equipment is delivered. Longer terms are available on request.
Insurance
The hirer is responsible for insuring the equipment for its full replacement value from the point of delivery until it is received back at Veesus.
Damage & Loss
Any loss, theft or damage beyond fair wear and tear will be charged at full repair or replacement cost.
Delivery & Return
Free tracked delivery to UK and Ireland. The hirer must return the equipment within 48 hours of the end of the rental period.
Acceptable Use
Equipment must be used in accordance with XGRIDS guidelines. It must not be modified, disassembled, or used in hazardous environments without prior written agreement.
